Can't find dimensions anywhere...

I ordered these and picked the tumblers that I had purchased a while ago from a company listed...but apparently that company has changed the size of their tumblers and when the items arrived, they did not fit. Before ordering I searched everywhere for the size of these so that I could ensure they were correct but that's not available anywhere. I emailed the company and received responses back that got slower and slower to respond, but never the answer to the actual dimensions of the sleeves. I never once was offered a refund or a replacement.

As discussed in our previous correspondence, the challenge arose because the tumblers you were trying to use were a much older, tapered style, which unfortunately are not compatible with our sleeves. The tumbler and sleeve dimensions you requested were promptly provided during our correspondence. I apologize if this information was overlooked or not received on your end. You mentioned you’d be getting newer tumblers and we hope that the new tumblers you ordered were a better fit.

From our standpoint, that concluded the matter but if you’d like to send your items back for a refund you’re more than welcome to.

It is required on the listing to choose the exact compatible brands and styles when selecting a sleeve to ensure a good fit, however, we appreciate your feedback on this matter and will work on improving our product listings to include more detailed dimensions and compatibility information.
