How to Measure Your Tumbler for the Perfect Sleeve Fit

When it comes to creating a custom tumbler with our 3D Tumbler Sleeves, getting the right fit is crucial. Don’t worry—it’s easier than you think! With just a ruler or measuring tape, you can quickly determine the best sleeve size for your tumbler.

Step 1: Measure the Diameter

Start by measuring the diameter of your tumbler across three key points: the top, middle, and bottom. Make sure your tumbler is straight-walled, as our sleeves are not compatible with tapered designs. Compare your measurements to our sleeve diameters:

77mm (3.03 inches)

76mm (2.99 inches)

74.8mm (2.94 inches)

Step 2: Check the Circumference

If you prefer, you can measure the circumference by wrapping a measuring tape around the top of your tumbler. Here are the circumferences for each sleeve size:

77mm: 241.3mm (9.5 inches)

76mm: 238.8mm (9.4 inches)

74.8mm: 235mm (9.25 inches)

Step 3: Consider the Tumbler Size

Our sleeves are specifically designed for 16 oz and 24 oz Plump tumblers. Keep in mind that a sleeve intended for a 16 oz tumbler may appear smaller when used with larger sizes, like 20+ oz.

Important Note: No Tapered Tumblers!

Our sleeves work only with straight-walled tumblers. Double-check your tumbler to ensure it isn’t tapered, as a tapered design won’t fit properly with our sleeves.

By taking these simple measurements, you’ll ensure the perfect fit for your crafting project, giving you a solid base to create your next masterpiece.
